Business industries have pointed out; however, that the music industry should not be discouraged upon making good music because the purpose is not solely related to just gaining profit but also to establish good rapport among customers. Experts said that the real reason why stores gain more purchases because of branding with music is because the customers feel a sense of security and bond with the establishment. Viewed in the emotional aspect, the music industry then becomes a tool for ensuring close relationships between people.
